You need to bridge the wiring for the fan I'm sure there's a link on here that show's you how to do it try the search bar
if its already bridged then you may have a faulty fan switch the one on your Thermo housing

Yea I had the same problem, turned out to be that theres a little sensor on one of the pipes for the a/c on the passenger side of the engine bay near where the battery is mounted, if you remove the sensor from the pipe and replug it into the clip and cabletie it somewhere out of the way it should do the job or alternatively find the clip and cut the two wires and join them it should do the same job, thats what i done on mine anyway

i was told thats its just the gts that had to loop the wires and the glanzas dont have this issue, i took out mine myself and never had to loop the wires so there is some truth to it anyway unless im special haha

My GT's fan is on all the time aswell and i have my air con removed.
I thought the fan was just wired to the ignition as it comes on as soon as the igniton does.?

if it a glanza engine and glanza loom then you dont need to bridge the connector after removing the a/c.. check that connector at the thermostat housing to see if its connected properly
