i work at a solicitors- if you tell the police they will say that they cnt do owt about it untill somthing actually happens, if he crashes into your car while its parked that wont affect ur premium at all kos ur nt in the car (providing that ur nt parked illegally) bt the suggestion for you to video anything stupid wt he dus is a gud idea because if anything does happen you will have some evidence to prove that he is being a prick- also jst keep a written record of things that happen you will be well equiped for any eventuallity then !!!! hope that eases ur mind a bit!

The feds werent really helpful, just have keep any eye for them, amount of courtesy they have it hard to keep track of them! cant have any claims on insurance as i loose my only claims bonuses left
