Stock vs stock, the Starlet GT is faster than a Fiesta ST.

lol phenom he aint quiet making it clear enough for us i dont think!! :)

end of the day the fiesta wont ever touch a gt but why the hell would it? its got a shit engine thats detuned and a pretty close geared gearbox. now if they put a decent 1.6 into it like a vtec sort then maybe it would be different but like you said its just so down on power. now fiestas arent bad little cars.

i had a 1.4 zetec-s as my first car and it wasnt bad it was nippy in the first 3 gears but after that it just completely tails off there was no top end at all!.

end of the day tho i dont even know why its being compared fiestas arent racing cars and tbh the only decent fords are cossies ( which obviously arent even ford engines lol )

no standard fiesta will beat a starlet. im with monk fish why would any one argue this point. bloody hell even my mates st cant keep up (well till you hit the limiter doh!) and even 1.6 vtechs struggle. you cant realy compare n/a and forced induction cars two different classes of car!!
