I will replace the PCV valve and see how I go. I've done a few checks and at tick over there is air coming out of the breather and under the oil cap. When revved this stops. I think this is correct, can anyone confirm?

Would the PCV valve not functioning correctly cause oil to come out of the breather? Is there anything else that could cause it?
