Lads i have a question,i cracked my block on the outer side where the sump bolts on from an accident and i wonder if it is possible to weld it..its a 5e forged block. will it be reliable after welding it? the internal parts are not harmed in any way..

I'll have to check the part nr later,but im almost sure that its a automatic because the valve cover is silver and the tps has 4 pins in it.

That's exactly what I want to avoid mate,cutting&soldering. The harness that is on atm is cut everywhere,i mean every single wire is cut and twisted togother with the other half,and the colours don't even match. I can't figure it out..

from which model is the ecu "4efte ECT" ? it has 3 plugs on it..the problem is that i need a new underdash harness and i don't know from which model to get one.My car is a LHD ep81 converted,if i get a harness from a RHD gt will there be any issues on installing it or all i need to do is turn it...

Colin wouldn't it be better to cut the bottom holes to size of the front coil mounting? I had these ta coils on my del sol for 2 years and when I sold it I fitted them on my eg ferio for another 3 years..i was very pleased with the performance and the durability of the coils is amazing..5 years...

These 2 hoses are definitely blocked out by screws,but there are other hoses blocked as well. The one i recognized was the one going from the iacv to the rail under the intake,but the guy who did the conversion has bypassed the iacv as it seems cause the two wires that connect to the iacv are...

found gt brakes with hubs,im changing them all just to be sure :P

i need desparately to change my brakes on my ep81 4efte converted starlet,as far as i know the front brakes are the oem ones and in a very very bad shape and broken too..so i was wondering if i buy discs and calipers from a gt will they bolt on or do i need to make any conversions? any other...

Nothing is leaking,nothing is burning through the exhaust,coolant level is the same,temperature normal...dunno what else there could be showing...it drives normally tho...
