if u make sure ur downpipe is securly braced and u have a flex piece in the exhaust it should be fine.

And the best solution for ur stud is too cut some thread of the side that goes into the mani flange and then it can be tightened ;)

Just an issue I've noticed, wonder if you had this problem affy!

The 4 studs that it came with, 2 have long threads, 2 have shorter threads - which way round are they supposed to go? I'm assuming the shorter threaded studs go on the back and the longer on the front?

Anyway, the 3 studs fit perfectly BUT the 4th stud fouls on the 3rd runner a bit, so as you can see in the pics it can't be tightened all the way. Has anyone had this problem? If so, whats the best solution?

Cheers,
Chris.

sorry bud have been off for a while, have you managed to fit it? hmm i didnt have that thread problem, this is the thing, theres alwys one who's going to get the messed up one lol, maybe they rushed the last one :p

yeah best bit is to cut it, tbh i didnt even look at the studs, i used the stock ones as toyota made them and no one can argue with them being different sizes lol,

sorry again bud for the late reply

No, not fitted yet. Will be this Sunday. I'm sure I can get round the stud problem easily enough though, but cheers! :)

Any chance of a few photos so I might know what to expect if THAT happens
to my Speedvision stainless steel manifold??? Loss of power/boost? What are
the symptoms... Please keep in mind, I "don't know CRAP about cars"
and quite possibly shouldn't even own one or at least try working on one.

you'll hear a ticking noise on startup that goes away when the car is warmed up
