I kind of assumed we were talking about FF setup's?

If we are talking FR cars, well there are endless suggestions.

My girlfriends StreetKa is good.

OK I realise that I have an MX5, and like my girlfriends StreetKa (to drive, not look at). It seems she's the only thing that makes me look straight.

Mate of mine was driving his missus Ka for ages and that yoke was a serious go kart. he only stuck a set of springs on it but it left alot more expensive cars for dead. my car was head to head with it in the bends only pulled on the straights. if the things had more power they would be a fantastic car.

Megane R26 230 are mighty fine cars around the bends

i raced one around bas town in my near standard glanza, power mods wise anyways, got a fair few handling mods, shat all over him, maybe he couldnt drive though :p lol

Were you dreaming at the time? no offence but having owned 4 starlets including one with 240bhp running on coilovers etc the r26 round the twistys is an immense car! maybe glanzas running 160-180bhp have evolved since i owned one? cheers Brett

Firstly, you didn't race anyone. Secondly, Megane's handle very well, better than most fettled GT's/Glanza's. The driver was probably a ham-fisted moron.

ill bring the tone done i have never drove a better standered handling car than the 1.9 205 gti i had might not say much for my driveing history but no1 can possibly ever say they are a bad car in that department crap in every other aspect but that car had handaling absolutly nailied ;)

you guys cant talk handling when you when you have such a good road surface cos there everything seem to handle! come to Malta then you will see the limit of each car you mention drop down cos of the shitty roads so when you drive here you will know the limit of the cars easier. When glanzagee took me in his car in london it was fucken stuck to the floor , i know he has coilovers but he had good road surface too, and you have to push that car really hard there to loose control even round hard bends but it would be a very different story if you tried thesame car here in malta! now i raced every car possible to meet here and with my aygo with standard suspention just lowered a bit the standard springs can outhandle any car except 4wd cars (but im a crazy driver then ). I didnt think that the ITR was that bad you had to see the way it lost the back! I was surprised!

i remeber reading somewhere that new megane(dont remember which one think its one of ltd editions r225) was close to the new gtr around nurburgring, so i'd put my money on that one, starlets would be near the botom of the handling list, ek9 dc2 and dc5 is good handling cars also remeber top gear where thei put fast cars like ferrari on track and thei had some frech fwd hot hach(peugo or citroen) and where saying it has a handling of supercar

So thats it then, lets all get an Aygo.:haha::haha:

I think you are confusing "handling" with "grip" when you talk about 4wd cars.
I had a Subaru Impreza and the handling was not brilliant, but the grip was fantastic, really got you round the bends. Not as good as an Aygo though:haha:

Whats that got to do with anything?

Any car within reason is going to handle better on a flat tarmac surface that shitty pot hole ridden roads, so dont get what your trying to say?

You don't get a track car which handles amazing then throw it on a dirt track and say 'oh no look, its handeling shit' :homer:
