Well i may well try one out for the hell of it middle of next year, then i can put some feedback on it. If its crap i'm sure i could move it on a subaru forum easy enough and should lose too much benjamins lol!

a nice cheap turbo is a t3 super 45. comes in at around 3500 rpm on my 4e and that is only on 9psi supposedly good for 350hp at 25-28psi
