i think any fooling around with buckets or valve seats is pointless seeing these cams were supposed to be direct fit. i have messaged sam to ask what his next move is, would be nice if he could post up his position.
i am being told by those who cannot get their cams timed up its becuz of the locating pin on the gear on the ex cam? can everyone confirm this is the problem.
if it is i will be placing the pin in the correct posiiton and send a new ex cam out if this is all it takes to get a proper timing.
it is unfair to say i am selling these cams and i know they are not working...
the first 50 sets sold in the first batch i never had a complaint about timing problems....its the second batch the supplier seemed to have messed up on the locating pin...
i have not changed suppliers..it has been one company from the start..
i cannot magically know the pin was out until i got complaints..
phil: these were MOLDED using Ivan Tighe Cams....THEY ARE NOT HIS..AND YOU AND SPUDDY DID NOT RECEIVE HIS EITHER..
someone said my ct9 downpipe cracked....last batch of that i had was about 2 yrs ago...how many other traders downpipes havent cracked? is it my downpipe the only one that cracks on the forum?
i saw chris@ccm was able to time the cams ...can you please post how u were able to go about this?
i am not unfair...if finally i cannot get the cams to work even after the pin is in the correct spot i will do my duties..
