Engine knocking... Help!!!

there are some jobs that a pro does need to do like turbo rebuilds ect but most of it mate is just like a n/a car tbh just make sure you fully understand the job your doing before you tackle it.yh theres loads of people on here who know the ins and outs of these cars.some off them have had there GT/GLANZA'S 10 years or more but yh youcould do alot worse than put a post up of the job your gunna tackle and see if any1 will help you!! the age old saying if you dont ask you dont get!!

Completley agree with you on that one mate, i'll get to know the car more in time and gather alot of knowledge and hopefully be able to help other members with problems they have in the future.

it will take time to get the knowledge and understanding of a car!! you speak to any mechanic and they will all say there still learning to this day.i know a family run business they been going 50 years both sons are in there 50s now and even they admit they will never stop learning

totally agree, theres loads of new things to learn. I'm finished work now so i'll go home and ask my dad to give me a hand with that vid then i email you it mate. Cheers :)

no probs buddy happy to help you out thats why we are all here we take the knowledge we get and give it out to help a fellow tgtt member! ive had help from alot of people on here and made some good friends! happy i could help you buddy :)

Good ole GTT Community :D The thing is you gotta think how you'd feel if your own glanza had a problem like that .. and i think when were all enthusiasts we just want everyone to enjoy em :) Cracking little cars i just dont know why i never ever bought one earlier.. bloody mini's!!

X2 that danza we are indeed enthusiast and we are all here because we share a passion the starlets/glanzas and if we cant help eachother we are in the wrong place

sounds like something hitting something, hardly the ps belt, lol... good news is its not big end bearings cause shes reving fine

thats knocking badly!!

do not use the car, sounds like curtains for the bottom end but without seeing it and hearing it who knows!
