Yeh it was loose. I'm guessing the lad who had it before me was lazy as f**k when it came to putting his car back together ie: the passenger front hub hanging off aswell. I'm just glad it's not as bad as i thought it would be, i thought i'd have to rebuild the whole thing.

Not yet mate it's still at me mates garage i wont get a chance to go see it until tomorrow after work or sunday. My mate said the car is running sweet as a nut now but i still want to check just to see what sort of damage has been caused but i trust him coz he knows his stuff.

I would think that should of read 'the crankshaft pulley was a tad loose'.
that's what he meant, bad choice of wording on my behalf haha
