i owe him 50 squid so i will pop in tomorrow, i think it maybe when the boost starts tailing off

okay you got a nice even torque figure with the bhp always a good thing
maybe your efi pipe is restricting it so your loosing power ?

Green graph being before map and red there after?

Red graph looks good, id be happy enough with it.

seems a nice enough map there fella, around 5700 its goes a little towards the lean side but if it were my car i'd be happy running it like that :)

what boost control do you have? that spike doesn't look too good :p

i think ita blitz sbc, it hasnt got a name on it - from memory i think its got valve controller on it green led display with a nob on the left and 4 buttons on the right, you can adjust the frequency i think? do you think its the controller rather than the actuator cos boost tails off after about 4000 to .8 at 7000

i plugged the commander back in and the knock sensor is still registering knock, i am going up 2 the tuners tomorrow anyway and i am going to ask him but any idaes, could it be loose or something that sensor.

sorry guys i thought of something else, you know that the afr is high and only comes down at about 4000 is this normal and ok

i know boost spikes can have alot of causes but on the boost graph which i have nt got a print out of the boost doesnt actually spike it just tails off. how would i know if the actuator is uprated?

well from the sounds of it it's defo not a JAM or TOM'S actuator.

it might be a hks actuator, if so it will have a thread on the arm of the actuator, if not then you just got the stock one on there.


i'm assuming you have a decat?

oh yes forgot the uprated ones are adjustable, yep got a decat, going to have alook ina mo see what it is.

i used to own a pulsar, the gitroc as i call it was full of arrogant cnuts yet the gtir mods site was really friendly however i got ripped twice on the mods site - bstards, i used to own an alfa 33 p4 and that site was the best site i`ve been on so far, i hope this one is something like that, ppl would give you the bits half the time and it went round like that cos youve been given something you then give someone else a part, it worked very well.
