guy i work with is giving me a roll of heat wrap for nowt,so i took the exhaust off tonight,cleaned her up n going to wrap it tomorrow (before i go to a meet). shall see how it goes,dont want to damage the engine,hence why im just heatwrapping exhaust. (mani n decat already wrapped)

will let u's know if it pops more.

i would get the odd pop from mine. semm to have to have the right revs, mines between 4k and 5k but i cant hit it every time. the woman was driving behind me one nite and she said there was flames aswell.

i can do bangs when i want lol... put it in 3rd drive it up to 5k then leave it to drop revs on 3rd and change to 2nd when it goes down to 1k BANGGG lol

ive been thinking about the pin thing i dont see how on earth it'd get hot enough to provide ignition right at the back box, its where the gases have cooled most all the way through the zorst :/

Side exit exhaust with no back box and a loose turbo flange works a dam treat LOL.

Mine used to stay alight honestly i kid you not for about 10 seconds and shoot out 4 foot flames. I used to have videos of it on the motorway. Looked ridiculous.

just try the pin (sharpened bolt,it works just fine,usually on over run when you let off the throttle,works on any turbo car.
works fine on mine,few mates have done it on their impreza and 200sx's

oh ok mine doesnt have a hole at all im getting a s/s de-cat and heat wrapping my exhaust so hope it will pop and bang lol :p
