Only dissapoiting things is handling feels wobbly round corners at higher speeds. oh well still great on drive :0
Thats down to the amazing rear H beam axle. New product training told us a solid rear axle is more stable at speed than independent rear suspension. Nobody really believed them though, it was blatantly used as it was a cheaper alternative.
The FD2 has independent rear suspension, but to be honest, the two cars are not even close. Different body, chassis, suspension, brakes, interior. The only thing the FD2 and FN2 share is the badge.
The factory don't carry out much in the line of wheel alignment, they tend to just bolt it all up and hope for the best. But to be honest, we only tend to get alignment problems with CR-V, Civic usually aren't too bad in that respect. It could be worth going back to the dealer and getting them to check the alignment, it might improve things a little if its out of spec.
Don't be afraid to abuse that warranty, thats one of the reasons you bought a new car.
