Hey man, don't mean to sound like a bellend here, but, i think 223kW is actually equal to 298.82 bhp

A kilowatt is hp x 1.3 so I'm afraid Fatman is correct!

Edit: Actually its between yours and his results! Closer to yours though

So its 15% on top of 298 bhp? or is it 15% off the engine bhp?

so for example

298*0.15=44.7
so 298+44.7 = 342.7bhp

or is it

350*0.15 = 52 so take 52 off 350 = 298bhp (so would be 350 engine bhp)

which one is it stealth mode?

298.82 + 17% = 349.61bhp not everyones uses 15% so i was wrong with that so i guess he used 17% ?

someething like that cos im bad with maths lol. but first he says wkw so at the wheels and then the usual bhp at the fly..

:confused: il let him explain! gn lol

Dyno figures are in wheel kilowatts, I converted to bhp using a nominal 17% loss figure (I did say which figure i'd used) which I've seen mentioned in many threads here. To be honest that's another discussion entirely, I suspect the transmission losses are actually a great deal less than that, I just wanted to keep the numbers comparable to many of the figures that get tossed around on this board. 15% or 17%, fairly unimportant in the scheme of things.

Are we done with the push/pull nonsense yet?

seems interesting always wanted the topmounted turbo look ,looking foward to seening one lad ,whats the advange of a topmonted manifold?

There isn't one really. Can potentially make it easier to fit a larger turbo in with space constraints and can look cooler.
