Sure, its not all about HP, but why is it not making what expected?

The boost comes in strong when it does come on, but the TD04L makes power sooner and about the same HP.

What did Engine Tuner say about it..did he expect it to make more?

thats fair comment dane.

i personally dont like tuners not giving me everything on paper it's just since i had a bad experience once before.

but as you say martin is a good tuner and i havnt heard anything bad about him.

main thing is your happy mate.

also about the map sensor thing, getting an upgraded one will probably help a bit, as the ecu cant see the boost past 1 bar at the moment as u have the stock sensor.
i'm not sure this will make a difference in power but should in theory make a difference to the map

I will have to look into it mate, i really want to see the A/R graphs tjhat would be good but in all honesty happy with what i have atm.

RE map sensor my mate used a cossie 3bar map sensor if thats any help

Don't worry too much about the RR figures mate, If it goes well and your happy with it, then thats what matters although yes I woulda expected more from a TD05 at 1.5 bar of boost. 255lb'ft torque = put it down to the ground wthout wheelspin and Im sure you'll be going past lot of higher BHP cars!

Also when you say temps, Im presuming you mean EGT's?

Yeah really happy with it mate the torque was pretty good but overall i am happy yeah would of liked more but its bloody hard enough trying to keep it in a straight line at the moment.

Not going to worry myself mate about the figure forever chasing figures but for now i want to enjoy it whilst i got it. Thought it might of made more power but hey ho no worries.

Does not release A/F ratio graphs hmmm, its not hard to get hold of them if i really wanted them so i don't see that could be the case a simple power run will reveal all if i really wanted to get them. Kon i seem to recall got 255 whp at 1.3 bar ? He said it was an aggressive map but that is one hell of a big step from where it is at the moment and i personally think it will never get that sort of power at 1.3 bar here in the UK with the best intentions. Anyway not here to critise i am happy with it all is well , but would like to see A/F ratio graphs might call Martyn up and get them sent across.

Hey Buddy, yeah the AEM wideband does not allow me to data log. Yeha give ma shout when you are out next buddy will be good to catch up lol aint seen you in what feels like ages.

Im sure he will show Dane afrs and probably will give him a print out (I always request one there and then). But im usually asked not to release the graph onto the internet.

I know Alan and Martyn well, dont appreciate people knocking their work.

Cheers Chris, They could not fit me in on the Saturday taht i wantedm ate as the mapper was on a drifting compo so i went down to Engine Tuner. Allan Jeffery yes is cheaper too.

i werent knocking there work mate.

just said that the reason for not giving an a/f graph was poor excuse.

if you had said they dont give them out as they dont deem necesary then fair do's.

Dane all you had to do was ask m8, should have thought really, forum goers do like to know the ins and outs of a ducks ass..lol..
I did try it leaner in the spool stages but it just seemed to kill power, likes to be rich in the middle yours.
