I know there are two different size bushes you can get, one for the Glanza and one for the GT. You didn't get Glanza ones did you?

No mate bought a GT kit. On closer inspection, it says on the add for super pro bushes that you're not meant to remove the orignal crush tube... So I'm guessing thats what my issue it.

Did you remove the orignal crush tube on the rears when fitting yours?

The Whiteline ones fit without the tubes. Didn't even realise the SuperPro ones would be any different so I would have been caught out just the same.

Another update....another headache.

So I ended up starting from scratch again and bought another set of arms of Jay - Thanks again :) - but the rear mounting brackets don't seem to fit over my bushes. I can't figure out it as I have definitely bought an ep82 specific bush kit. Is that the norm...i.e. the polybushes are a much tighter fit with the rear mounting brackets or could something be wrong ?

Thanks for any info

Give us a pic of your rear brackets. The early type (ep82/some ep91) were 50mm. The later (and uk I think) type brackets were 35mm.

Thanks Jay. I'll send some when i get home. Mines a 1994 twin headlamp, but like you said there were 2 variants. With a bit of grease the brackets go over the but pop right off after you stop applying pressure. I was speaking to another lad this morning and he said his were the same... really tight fit but managed to get them on in the end.
