ok i can agree with maybe 6 points but having to retake both theory and practical lessons after the ban also? its just stupid

I still am young, only 22! Yes I did have this and yes I did drive like a prick at times. Fact still stands that they are the biggest problem drivers, whether your a dick behind the wheel or just inexperienced.

And if you do get those 6 points and a ban then you are demonstraing that you shouldn't be behind the wheel and need to redo a test.

only because i knew the rules i got away with it when i challenged it.

most people would not of bothered.

so getting 3 points for that, and maybe getting pulled over for a bald tyre and getting 3 more points, thats my lisence lost. how in earth is that fair?

i could be driving perfectly capable and still loose my lisence for fuck all in reality compared to other offences,

there is people that steal cars and go for joy rides with the police involved and only get like 6 points n shit

The justice system at the moment makes it very hard to put people away for crimes like TWOK'ing, especially when it's mainly minors commiting the offence in question, it's very hard to prosecute a minor.

E.g if you driving along normaly, copper spots your car pulls you over and gets picky, blown tail light, and other stupid defects. Understand a warning but most of the time the pull yellow book and start adding the points + fine.

I got 3 points for using my last Starlet as a banger racer, well not quite, an old snotty nosed posh couple did not see my bright red EP pull out of a junction and went slamming into the side.

Never been done for speeding though of even been pulled over by the fuzz ever.
