Surely you're doing something to get their attention

Had the Levin for 7 months and never got pulled once

and if the car IS legal, you can't get done for anything

It may also depend on what area you live, some are more strict. If the roads are dead, and when they spot a tinted loud car, they will follow you,few of them follow you for a few blocks (do a quick pnc) then pull off, most of them pull you over and give you a producure (2lazy to check).

There are some cops are quite safe in my area, we have now given nick names who are a complete ass (Big Ears) and to stay away from.

This was quite recent, bumped into a undacova cop in octy VRS, gave im a blast, found out he was a copper lol. Copper puts the window down, saying "Nippy little ting" lol

I personaly think its all down to what mood the copper is in.

Dead right mate! That road is crawling with the basta*ds! Luckily enuf, I don't have any points (My little yaris doesn't attract too much attention!:)). Im sure that will change when i get ma gt tho!:p

I passed my test when I was 17 after 6 months of lessons, theory etc.. 1 week after passing I got 5 points for a CD30 (Careless driving).. 6 months after that I managed to get caught racing and clocked at 98mph. The main charge was Racing on public road but if we pleaded guilty to dangerous driving we would only get done for that instead of racing (Racing = No valid insurance etc etc).. So for teh dangerous I got a DD40 which is an auto 1 year ban.. When the ban was up it was almost again 6 months before I passed my test.. So a year ban turned into a 18month one which isnt nice when having to use public transport etc... Anyways since having my licence back I lost the 2 endorsement codes CD30 & DD40 which made my licence clean and was clean for 3 years roughly before I got caught using my mobile so I now have another 3 points and I think they stay on your licence now for 3 or 4 years...???

If i was you i would have gone to court with that one, because it is legal to do upto 20% over the given speed limit.

so 35 in a 30 is legal, 36+ is illegal
47 in a 40 zone legal, 48+ is illegal
59 in a 50 zone legal, 60+ is illegal
83 in a 70 zone legal, 84+ is illegal

so you my friend was 1mph in the clear.

I got caught for speeding on that road too ( 100kmh in a 60kmh zone Did think it was a 100kmh zone was changed 2 weeks beforehand ), pulled over me and my mate and showed us the same reading on the speed gun so we said fuck it we would take it to court to Court as he had to be showing some one of us a false reading. Bonus won the case so still have a clean licence :p

Bah, I fucked up.

I put down that I had 3 (I got busted speeding in Feb '03). The points aren't on my licence, but they're still insurance declarable. :flame:
