simple solution, good tyres

i am fed up of people sayin thier starlet handles like shit. i have done power mods and no handlin par the tyres and i have plenty of grip in a straight line from stop and cornerin is pretty good. i have noticed when lookin at other cars they are running budget tyres.

add your self on the list and what tyres your running and how many

Starlets do handle pretty badly. The Back axle design is only one step away from what you get on a horse and cart. Evos and scoobys cheat in the handling department because basically computers sort everything out. Id love to see an evo with no electronic aids at all and see how that drove, bloody awful would be my guess. What you want is light weight mid engine ie Elise, Exige. Thats good handling not just gizmos to get you round corners.
