so basicallly where do i start?
All started very well, almost too well.
got a quote for 1581 fully comp on my own name. 19 2 year experience and 0 claims bonus but 1 year named driving experience for a glanza.
over the moon i took the policy straight away, paid wat i owed and waited for the papers to arrive threw the post.
4 days later no papers had arrived, so i called them and asked for a reprint to be sent.
A few days later the papers had arrived, and to my confusion basically every detail was wrong on it? the reg number / colour / model / year of registration and many more details were all completely wrong.
i called them up and explained my troubles, and 1 of the guys sorted it out for me by phone, and i asked for a fax copy to be sent over, as my cover note i was supplied with was obviously invalid at the moment.
a days later and still no papers? by this time my old insurance has expired and i chose not to obviously renew the policy.
Inbetween the time waiting for papers to arrive i had asked for another reprint to be sent as i wanted to get it sorted asap, i had also called many times about modifications to see how much it would cost to add them on etc before i did.
no problems had arisen while talking to them, and all seemed sweet as pie...
but would you believe it? 2 weeks today i took the policy out and PAID IN FULL, i recieve a phone call from sky insurance informing me that they have decided that due to my age i am a high risk customer and wont be happy to insure me fully comp anymore, only tpft!???!?
to make matters worse they even had the cheek to tell me they were going to charge me the 2 weeks money that i had been with them for lol!
i asked them surely this matter would of been picked up before you completed the quote? and that surely it doesnt take 2 weeks for it to be realised?
its a complete fucking joke to be honest and i am very very unhappy.
ive never recieved such poor service!
where do i stand on something like this? surely they cant accept my money and my quote and then decide 2 weeks later that they wont longer insure me?
i would like to here what you guys have to say..
also if ollie the sky rep has seen this i would really like a long talk mate as i am not happy at all. im sure what your company has done is illegal and if something isnt sorted out im very tempted to get legal matters into it.
