just find it wierd how they can only offer me 3rd party..... never had any problems anywhere else

seems strange to me. The only reason i can think of is if your GT is pretty highly modified.

Ollie, I'm still waiting a callback from Graham Hogg. He phoned me yesterday to discuss the quote and asked that I email him my list of modifications, which I did. He phoned me back at just gone 1pm with a quote of £904. For a GT-4. :homer:

There must have been a mixup with this as I mentioned getting a quote from yourselves a couple of years ago for a GT-4. He said he'd rework the quote but I've not heard from him since.

Can you give him a poke for me please?

when i phoneed them about 8 months ago, the guy on the phone done a similar thing, he qouted me on a glanza, when i quite clearly told him it was a 1994 gt turbo.

when i mentioned he made a mistake he got a bit arsy with me (it did call me back at about 6pm though, so was prob tired of dealing with pillocks all day). any way he gave me a qoute of £1100 based on the glanza, which was pretty good, even though i didnt have a glanza lol. so i shall try them again this year.

EDIT:- Scrub that, I've just spoken with Graham. :)

Had a nice quote of £606 fully comp, all mods declared with like for like cover, protected no claims and 3rd party on any other vehicle. Pretty good deal to be fair. I'm going to phone about but I seriously doubt I'll better that.

It is all based on your personal circumstances but we can insure cars with unlimited mods... we have BIG BHP Supras etc on our books. We very much specialise in modified vehicles...
