Well I have a proposition for all memebers here:
We have this meet/track day at Llandow, fun for all and good for novices. Good place to start for our first trackday and it's affordable for the masses. From there as we gather interest and confidence we can progress to bigger tracks if we can. I'm very keen to keep this a TGTT trackday rather than inviting the whole world and his missus as we can do that anytime through a company. If people want to do this let me know, if not let me know.

so how much would llandow cost us all??
also where is the nearest petrol station?? also will there be any marshalls/ambulance etc there, as i know you just hire the track and you have to sort all this out yoruself unless you pay for the track to sort it.
looks good, think i may have to stop over though, as dont fancy driving 3 hours down there, racing all day more or less than a 3 hour drive back.

quite a jaunt, but i would guess most of the other tracks are equally as far away, (apart from a couple)

I'm working on cost mate, but with all ambulance, paramedic and marshalls etc I've done a rough calculation of around £100 each depending on numbers. I'm aiming for 40 members.
Also if need be I can try to sort out accommodation for people.

After all chances are we are going to learn alot from the sites first track day and know what to improve for the next which will only benefit us all anyway
I don;t mind going balls out and straight for Combe or wherever but it requires one hell of a commitment from people once you sit down and look at the figures Llandow looks mighty competitive. Mike has also offered his photography services free of charge.
yeah its around 20 miles west of cardiffcardiff, which is further away than bristol (from what i can remember) and cant get to bristol in around 2 and half hours, so will deffo stay over night after the track, have to look into the costs of staying over the night before.
could be an expensive weekend!! but deffo worth it.
