It goes for most tuning companies to be fair whatever car specialist form the experience's I have had or friends have had. Your only as good as your last Job/ Build / Project etc etc.
Its a shame but its what gave me the pusj to do most the work myself in the first place on my car.
There are a few awesome places around but other peopl say different.
Maybe AZE_B will finally start offering his services soon.....I hope so as he hs great knowledge and experience and the qualifications to back it up.

yh lewis have had good service,
but after chatting to few members on sat night,
one in particular, there was a feeling of unrest about this situation,
and one member was particularly angered at the communication,
and as im aware this is the problem, not the quality of there builds etc:.
but all it takes is for one member to speak up,
then the others will come out openly and say, and make a bandwagon appear.

X2 ordered loads of bits off dave and never had any problems all you have to do is ring him up and he tells you exactlywhats goin on - top bloke imo

people make mistakes end of.
it's what people learn from these mistakes, the world wouldnt have moveed on if we never learnt from mistakes we made.
i for one have had issues with tm-developments, and everything is now sorted.
i know that dave will bounce back after this and his customer service WILL have gone back to how it used to be.
tm-developments have have been extremely busy of late and maybe this is the reason they have temporarily let standards slip slightly.
Toby had plenty of chances from members on here, maybe tm-developments should have the same?

i agree with ricky i had a mini prob with a trader and sorted it over pms it was just a general mistake.

but freedom of speech?
if there has been a bad experience surely it has a right to be passed on?
maybe not made public but at least passed on?
i have never heard anything about the qaulity or products,
just think the last couple days has been a communication issue nothing else,
so this can be sorted quite easily.

i have delt with dave now a couple of times and everytime i use his site then contact and order down the phone and i have no problems at all and also i find that they are very good with communication as im having troubles at the moment and they both are keeping in contact giving me good ideas and figures so that i know exactly what the situation is i think that yes sometimes people have issues or get to busy but why ban them from trading thats a bit pointless when they have there own site im nutruel on this i feel for the people that have been messed around but also look at the services they offer there very unique and as i can imagine they must get alot of hits and orders so sometime time is against them the only thinkg i could suggest is better organisation.
But compared to some people i have bought stuff off on here tm developments are very fast and good service.

It is only a week but he is a good trader think that why everyone is a bit worried first bad thing i have heard about tm developments
