Couldn't agree more, being a kiss-ass isn't going to make up for the people who are out of pocket due to TMD.

i always delt with dave and not 1 problem have i ever had!! he's a top man and his deliverys are always super fast;)..i dont no wat ever hapened here but it wont stop me buying of him:) i tink its a bit of a yoke been baned for a week and all the good servise hes given on here..

indeed. always two sides to a story though, unfortunatly most ppl on the bad side keep schtum, usually due to PM's that may or may not have been sent from a certain person unamed, if you catch my drift.

TBH I think the one week ban is an example of v.good admin and mods,

I think they have learnt from previous experiences (with toby) not to let a situation get out of hand the way it did, and there primary concern is the community not the traders.

Dave as said is a good trader and this is a warning shot to not let things slip just.

I highly doubt TMD will go the same was as TT, and that may be because of the mods proactive and preemtive decision.

And as for band wagon jumping etc. The one person speaking out gives people who wouldn't otherwise have said anything the confidence to speak out as well.

I personally have had a good transaction with TMD

Hi all,

I would like to clarify some points before any further speculation is injected in to this thread and also to set the record straight about a couple of points that have been raised.

-There are two sides to every story and we listen to each of them and make our decision based upon facts. Our decisions are never made lightly.

-This is not a ban it is a one week period to allow TM Developments re-evaluate their position as a trader on this site.

-There was mention of "we will have no traders left". We have removed two traders who were MOT'ing dangerous unroad-worthy cars and selling them to members of the site and one more trader who was constantly doing vanishing acts and still to this day has left a lot of people in limbo. We faced a hail of opposition on the decision to remove Akki and also to remove Toby yet we feel we made the right decision and had the best interest of members at heart with each of these decisions.

-We strive to keep traders positions filled. Since these traders have been removed we have selected replacement traders and have an absolute wealth of excellent traders on here offering more parts and more importantly more variety of parts than ever before.

-Any trader who has a full trading position on this site will back me up 200% on this. Traders are left alone by staff and facilitated if they have any requirements. Trader positions are there to be lost i.e. if a traders position is removed it is because the trader has not performed as they should not because we do not want them any more or have decided they do not fit in to the site.

-No trader is bigger than this site or more important than the members of this site. Every trader is appreciated and supported by us.

-We expect that traders demonstrate good customer service toward members. BULLYING members and hanging refunds over their head as a way to silence them from leaving public feedback on the forum will not be tolerated under any circumstances whatsoever.

I too have purchased from TM Developments and had very good service. This is not about when things go right this is about when things go wrong.

Please stop the speculation and stick to facts. TM Dev forum is still there and their trading position will be available to them in a week once THEY have decided what they want to do.

Irrespective of what peoples opinions and feelings on this are, it's now up to Dave to put things right, and to act in a manner appropriate to what we expect from traders on this forum, and to act appropriately to it's members.

At the end of the day, we only act when things have gone wrong, as in the case of Akki, Sham, and Toby. We act in circumstances such as this for the members, and nothing more. Hopefully, you can all see this, and hopefully, you'll realise it IS for a reason, and not because we're all bored...

its funny how people on here say "oh such and such trader", i've never had a problem with him, a top bloke" NOT EVERYONE WILL EXPERIENCE A BAD TRANSACTION, NOT EVERYONE WILL EXPERIENCE A PERFECT TRANSACTION

for god sake thers no such thing as a 100% perfect trader there will be errors, there will be fuck ups but its how they respond to it and in some cases it resorts to actions like these

i salute the modz :), i've been a member on another forum but i've never seen managemnet as good as this and i'm sure i never will

MEMBERS REMEMBER! if a trader goes, another trader comes

just to put my two pence penny in, i have delt with Dave twice, and both times he has given me a top service. would really like this thread to turn around from what it was first intended for.
