if a refund or replacement is based on the fact that a customer isnt allowed to disclose any of the wrongs doings that brought about the need for such, then the trader/builder is still absolutely PANTS in thier handling of customers.

thats pathetic. there is a difference and a big one between someone being prepared to hold there hands up and fix there mistakes free of charge and someone prepared to do the necessary to silence a customer and stay alive on Tgtt.com.

woahhhh guy's calm down,

i wont put up what has gone on behind the scenes until everthing is sorted.

me and dave have come to a reasonable agreement that i am satisfied with, i am yet to arrange the 'final' meeting with dave where we will discuss the in's and outs, and dave hasnt told me to keep quiet in exchange.

i will post feedback when i am ready
