am waitn on the tinyiest bit now over 2 weeks and he said was posted out!!!!its for a friend like and he is doing my brains in about it!hurry up toby watever the story is with yas.

couldnt agree more re employes and bullshit etc..

and haha yeh your not wrong.! dave has been legendary to me through out my build.. you have been extremely helpfull and i love you for it :eek: lol.

i notice toby still hasnt replied....!?!?!?!?!?!!?!?!?

Feel sorry for you guys waiting on parts! i think its quite obvious that Toby has overtraded as many start up companies do.. unless hes just on holiday or something?!?!? lol. Hope it all gets sorted for you lads but as dave has said this wouldnt have happened with him.. and il vouch for that!!

I only ever ordered once off Toby for a Blueflame exhaust which came about a week after ordering it which wasnt too bad. Had one slight probolem with it which the hangers were in the wrong place (possibly not for an EP82) contacted Toby on this and said it was for EP82 even though I showed him the difference between the standard one and his. Fitted it anyways lol!!

I always Used Dave! Dave please do CTR parts :)

Haha, someone says he's too busy. So which means he probs told YOU, your part is posted coz he's tooo busy :confused::confused: Hehe, not make sense.

i've used toby for the past 2 years for parts spent a fortune and he's always helped
not had any replies of him for a while regarding a manifold i bought of him about 5 months ago still not got it now i've been patient.

Should be here soon, shame i have nearly brought a K24/26 kit now lmao

He is a top guy, has helped me out loads in the long past, unfotunatly for a few newbies hes getting a bad name....

He really needs to come on here, see this thread and give his input, to clear a few things up......

To be honest i was happy to wait but i only posted up as i needed my kit before next saturday as im going to rolling road to get my fueling setup with a few more mods.

There seems to be a few people going abit over board saying they will never use him again. This is the only time i have ever had to wait for Toby to deliver to me so once in about 10 items i have brought ive had to wait abit i will definately be using Toby again.

Whats it got to do with newbies?

If you pay for something and it is does not turn up within the agreed timescales and takes 3 weeks or 3 months thats shit (no offense) regardless if you have bought from them before or not. Worse still, you get no response to emails or any form of communication to advise of the delay.

From a business point of view this is terrrible service, just generally...not directly pointed towards Toby.

Nobody is 'personally' slating Toby and it seems to be agreed he is a good guy etc.

Hopefully acknowledgement threads like this will put the wheels in motion to correct any outstanding issues and progress with a better service in the future.

Just because iam new to this site means nothing I have spent just under 2k on toytuning I dont really care about the guys past this is now and his service to me personally has been terrible, all i ask is some communication my money may as well be down the drain for all i know :mad:
 
This is just a repeat of a thread a few months ago before he took on martina, obviously one more staff member wasnt enough and hes going to have to address this. I've dealt with him in the past and hes always been very good and informed me of any delays, it seems you guys are just going to have to sit tight and wait it out i am sure you will receive what you ordered in time.
On a lighter note im note working at the moment toby:)

My wording was wrong,

I meant he now has a bad name TO newbies... As us or MOST of us older members has had many happy buys along with very useful advise, taken time out to personally help individuals even when they are not buying from him....

I completely see what your saying from a "buisness" point of view, although ive been out with toby on an occasion so you can say i know toby on a personal level, not really well obviously but still, you know what i mean. And in my opinion doesnt deserve particular comments..... Some are more within reason.

Just ,my view, as said the older members are more patient as they no how toby was, and unfortunatly there is now progressiong problem that is only getting worse..... But i would wait till hes given his input before i say much more......

i dont think its the fact that it takes long for the items to come etc... its the lack of comunication

wouldnt take much to say ive had to order it ... its gonna take x amount of days sorry for the delay

if you payed for sumthing on ebay and you didnt hear anything for 3 weeks youd be claming your money back after the first week

newbie or not, you have paid for a service and not recieved it

The staff of TGTT have expressed our concerns to Toby regarding these threads that keep popping up on the site. Toby has assured us that things are in the process of retuning back to normal.

These threads do nothing for Toytuning and to be honest they do nothing for toyotagtturbo.com as they do not look very professional at all.

I would urge toytuning to get in touch with anyone they have outstanding orders with and give them an update.

I must agree with the above comments regarding being a new member or not, it is irrelevant if you want to buy you should receive good prompt service.

I hope this is the last of these threads we see on here,
