Just to let you all know I am up to date with emails and am down to the last day, today. From now on emails will be answered daily and we have also put a telephone number up to make life a little easier (although it didn't stop ringing all day - not a bad thing!). I will also offer the same free technical support as I did before.
We are awfully sorry for letting things get so far behind, I have removed around 30% of the products on the website. Don't worry we still sell one of everythnig there just isn't as much choice but each part regardless does the same thing, we have opted for the best quality parts only that have been tried and tested. We never intended for this to happen but it all grew so quickly that it was near on impossible to keep up, especially when I was tinkering with Starlets half the time.
Please bare with us as all orders are completed, come Feb we will be in full swing as we should be. Kevin is now entirely seperate from us and due to the accident I won't be working on any cars for a while so I won't be able to do any private weekend jobs, sorry to anyone that wanted some small work carried out.
Most importantly we will be quick with correspondance 100%, if a message comes through that day then it will be answered period as I will be here 24/7. I will be helping Martina with the orders tomorrow now that the emails are up to date. She still also has emails so fear not if you haven't had a reply you will do shortly as I will take care of them for her. I know a lot of you have had no problems but we have let a few slip and I apologise for this.
