Think most folk want to blacken on the name of TT and i will most certainly express MY OPINION not follow the opinions of others.

Yes there were the odd threads popping up querying parts but fact are now facts. Toby has filled the back orders and the second link is clear of this.
Clearly the guy is hurting and he is salvaging his business and HE WILL be able to do it. Everyone who didnt get there parts got what they wanted with Toby and maybe some didnt like him from the start ... (observation)
Fact is if his business was THAT bad just now, why was the last reply for parts not received on 7th July? Fact is, he is resolving/resolved all issues and completing orders, emails etc and quicker than expected.
It doesnt excuse the past but everyone all said "actions speak louder than words", these are actions with very strong words about TT and the future of TT that he is showing.

lol i was away for only a few hours and this has turned into a riot
1. people who have had a good exp' with toytuning will obviously praise the service and defend him.
2. toytuning were given an excellent opportunity on tgtt and uksc and fuked it up taking a massive shit on every1 who purchased from him,people had basically payed for fresh air
3. he could of got help from tgtt but didnt
4. even though he had money probs he basically choose to steal from people
5. he shud of closed the site down while he sorted it out.
6. why the fuck did he refuse to answer to his customers, if he didnt have access to internet, theres internet cafe's these days.

ToyTuning's relationship with this forum has been discussed time and time again, Toby had his chance and blew it. He may well get his business back up on it's feet, but any possible liability that a similar situation could occur again with fellow members of this forum can not be tolerated. This is with an aim to protect members interests based purely on ToyTuning's previous business practices.
Toby has no one to blame but himself for the reasons as to why his trading status has been disqualified and all the arguing in the world is not going to change that. Toby may well have addressed his communication skills and started sending customers what they have paid for within a timely manner, but he will not be doing it using this forum as a customer base, he lost that privilege some time ago.
I'll make this simple, Toby fucked up for whatever reasons and now his business is no longer welcome here. Again I would refer all members to the TGTT official traders sub-forum:

the story about that is that he bought a s200 last year some time then he got a banging deal with a swap with the skyline he spent NOTHING ON THE SKYLINE, then he is selling/sold it to free up some money for some new products that are coming out, none of the money was used to modify the car

That's actually a good point to end this ruckus on.
It's not often I discuss responsibility but I feel we owe a great amount of it to our members.
Although we sometimes cannot communicate our reasons clearly we still need to make the calls both hard/soft and deal with whatever the audience throws at us.
I never want to host a trader that treats it's customers and our members like that again. Take that as a promise, a warning or whatever way it makes sense.
