That makes no odds, I am currently engaged in a court case with a company to get a refund. Now, when I win and get my refund does that mean the company has done a good job? After all, I'll have my refund. No, it means that I had to go to court to get my money back even though it were my consumer rights that were breached.

He sent parts and once I had the old parts off and went to fit the new I discovered I had been sent the wrong parts. I tried to contact them and they could not be gotten hold of. Many others were in the same situation as they sent wrong parts out to a lot of members.

Me knowing personally what happened to him is totally irrelevant. He had internet access and could have posted an update I know that much, he CHOSE not to.

And yes I have anger here because I dont want anybody else having their money taken and being left for months and months without an update. Our members deserve better than that. People acting like toytuning have resolved their issues just because they have been shamed in to supplying parts does not help potential buyers who come on to this site to get advice on where to buy.

Personally I could not care what anyone thinks of me or what I have to say I just hope new members who are reading this see that it has been a couple of weeks since there were several threads PER DAY opened on here from people looking for an update from toytuning and now according to some people "they are back on their feet" what a total joke.

Oh and to be the sheep you all are speaking of "x4"

You said 'haters' now its not as if people be haten for no reason isit? This started at least seven months ago now people are saying hes getting back on his feet for the third time. Come on SEVEN MONTHS FFS!! Some serious alzheimers on here.

hay mate yes there was a reason but if you look at it now he is sorting them out now with parts or refunds i can see why some people are still haters of toytunning but i cant see why some people get a kick out of haven a go when other people are getting good service off him now and then start kicking off with members when we are stating that he getting back on his feet so people had to wait for parts i had to waited 7 months for parts from a very well trusted trader on here and in the end i ended up getting a refund but i still use that trader now for some parts ?

Maybe so, but the fact still remains that just getting the parts or a refund doesn't make a good company! Toy Tunings integrity levels are terrible, where I work any less than 99.9% is failure and we achieve it. Toby's levels would be WAY less than that.

nope its made up from people I have helped resolve their sales and forum issues including many people who I have assisted in getting their parts or money from bad sales including Toytuning.... thanks for highlighting it though it lends credibility to my warnings not to purchase from Toytuning

If Mak decides to stick up for Toby thats his derogative, I hope Toby resolves his issues. Remember this forum is only a drop in the ocean for his business even if he's banned doesn't mean people elsewhere wont buy.

like alot of traders do they don't get the parts delivered to them self they get the company how they buy them off to send the parts to the buyers so he may not of know that the company was sending out the wrong parts

and for the sheep thing and i really don't care if you don't care for what other many think about you but for a admin your very boring with the little kiddy remarks you make and really admin should think about this as its very unprofessional of a admin to act like you !!! show people that are thinking of joining the site that the admin a very childish at the end of the day

2- You are wrong. This site launched toytuning I would hardly refer to it as a "drop in the ocean". He has also been kicked off UKSC another large EP site thus closing another door for him. I am not interested in where he does trade I am interested in our members not Tobys business.
3- this is not a "vendetta" as you put it this is protection from a PROVEN bad seller who has caused a lot of disruption and general crap for our members despite promising to the staff of this site that he would not on more than one occasion.

He sent the parts out not the supplier. YES I got the parts eventually. What is your point? that because I received the parts I should be happy? The service was terrible although many have been waiting much longer than I have.

As for your other comments - that is your opinion, you have no visibility of my input on this website and I dont wish to/need to promote it.

well in the end people have got there parts in the end or a refund so you had a bit of bad service so no other company has ever done it before because its bein done to me by others many of times and you count how many times people said he has done great service in the past and is getting back there know this thread was started to say some people got a good service from them in the end

ps i still use other traders and members on this site for parts its not like toytunning is the only one to get parts from there are alot of very good people on here that sell very good well prised parts but for some parts i choose to buy from toytunning ..........

I'm glad to see that people are having better service from TT these days, i would never want to see anyone loose their money, but regardless of your personal view towards Toby and TT, on behalf of the Admin team of UKSC i can state that they will not grace our forum again. This is not a decision we have made based on personal feelings, we reached this conclusion due to the fact that we the admin feel a responsibility towards the members of UKSC to protect them where we have information to suggest that they would be subjected to poor service or potential loss of money.

I genuinely wish TT all the very best, but the stance of UKSC will remain unchanged on this matter.

i agree with what you say mate i am only voicing my opinion as i see people are very quick to flow orders on here and i don't see it as fair if people get attached for saying they are getting a good service from them atm nothing wrong with saying that but seems like some people just want to have a good for the sake of it

If Toby has realised his mistakes and is genuine in his wish to correct his errors, work hard and make a fresh start then I wish him every success.

UKSC has moved on and we are now supporting and promoting new traders to our users, most of which also trade here on TGTT, we must continue to progress and as such there will be no going back on the TT matter within the UKSC admin team. We gave them the same chances as the TGTT admin team, but that priviledge was not capitalised upon and so our decison on UKSC is final. We do not wish them ill, but we have moved on and will continue to do so.

Note: should anyone think i'm just posting for the sake of it, UKSC was mentioned earlier in the thread so I am simply stating the official stance of UKSC re. TT. Should folk wish to do business with TT then I hope it goes smoothly and safely for all parties concerned.
