something I have been wondering .
in the timing map. do values are degrees or % ? I have assumed all these years it is degrees as it would make much more sense. but, better check as injector map is %, timing could be the same...

afaik its degrees lio :)

on the topic of timing, have any of u guys ever figured out the offset angle to add to get the emu to read the timing proppery? iv tried a few settings but gotten nowwhere... the boys on the bnr34 forum came up with an angle for theirs which is -33deg.. sadly iv not found anything on the net about the 4e.. waa lol

so has anybody had a crack at this? or has any ideas.. it would make the emu so much more useful actually knowin what timing its reading..

Okay lets talk cold start, I tought I read somewhere that I can dump fuel into the motor during start up that way it will ignite the fuel easier. Is there a setting with the throttle that I need to adjust in-order to get this to work or how do I go about putting a lot of extra fuel into the motor just during start up? Anyone?

what parts/harnesses/sensors one will need to buy when planing to install an EMU kit on a Glanza V pls? and want to know also what parts/harnesses/sensors i need if i decide to use a EMB instead of EMU!

I've made some homework on RHD Japan and found many harnesses as optional etc. If info of each item needed to run an EMU will be given by a link from RHD JAPAN will be a great help to me guys ;)

THANKS in advance

hallo

i really love this thread i read half of it and still is reading some more since i'm going to buy a emu my self one of these days

but the guy that i'm buying it from has a harness but not the plug and play for glanza i was wondering if there is one plug and play for glanza and where can i find it

tnx mate's

there is no plug and play harness for the glanza.....u either have to hard wire it into the stock harness OR buy a fields extension harness and wire the emu harness into that (essentially making it "plug and play" and easy to install/remove,,tidy...,no cutting of the oem harness necessary)

the choice will be yours when the times comes:cool:

you can keep the jam ecu & work it with the emu :) sometimes it may take some time to get it perfect, but otherwise it should work ok :)
