same here mine has had no engine work and is totally standard apart from coilovers and dont plan on doing anything to it would rather keep it standard to avoid any problems...:) my head gasket went but think its a common problem with GT's nothing else has gone wrong *touch wood* :)

my mates glanza does exactly the same, its the LSD well in hers it is anyway it doesnt seem to be doing any harm tho its just abit loud hers has been doing since she got the car

Thanks guys that's a big help I filled it up before the fuel went up and it was £35 then filled up after and it went up and it was £47 that's an increase for me of £12 a tank no offence but I know what I am paying so I know what the increase in cost for me is....

yeh i wont have to use normal petrol for very long maybe a few months until i get outta the red abit lol so it wont be a long term thing :) thanks for all the suggestions if that tank question was directed at me im not too sure what size it is tbh :S

i dont really understand where your getting that from its 128 for normal unleaded and 135.8 for super unleaded which is a difference of near 8p per litre which might not sound like much but adds up when you fill the tank! I said it used to take £35 to fill my tank on super before it went up...

actually its alot extra around here...its went up to 135.8 which means instead of costing £35 to fill my tank it now costs £47 and i do about 60 miles a day to work so that doesnt last long thanks

Hey, This could be a very stupid question but does fueling the starlet with normal petrol instead of super unleaded/bp ultimate damage the actual car or just make it not run as well? I have had to put two tanks of normal unleaded in because i literally cant afford super :( im just worried...

that would be great if you did have one jay im unsure of the battery size im pretty sure its the same battery it was imported with tho but ill check after work :) aw good aslong as the horn isnt a big job i doubt i would know myself what to look for but any mechanic could do it couldnt they?
