I've got a stock fpr and tuning developments 225lph pump and it seems fine doesn't fuel any different from when I changed the pump, the pump is only changed for reliablility reasons. It'll run fine without uprating it.

youv got an uprated fuelpump jason? many say that by just putting an uprated fuel pump (255l/h) it wont effect fuel delivery.. well on the FPR guage mine raised a bit and im sure its fueling much richer as its poping much more. but cant say exactly s i got no wideband.

no Sheld i have standard pump, just an adjustable FPR but i got my hands on a Blitz access ecu (yesterday from Japan at last :) ) and will soon been trying it out when it arrives and want to know if i will start with stock fuel pressure or not? I have a wideband and that will help me out for sure to setup as i might need to vary a bit the pressure as every ecu is slightly different from each other, but want to know what others did when using this ecu especially when installed!

Also another question on what setting should i make the HKS FCD too, to disable it from doing its job (like it will not be there) as the ecu will have that function itself and dont need the FCD for now, but i still want to have it installed in the harness for now till i setup as i want ?
Anyone please?

I fitted a JAM ECU about a month ago and set my HKS FCD to 12. I read on here and also on a supra forum that setting 12 allows the signal pass through without altering it.

good to hear bud. took at at a good price jew?

as for FCD i would personally remove it.. you don't need it at all!.

yes i dont need it but for now i'll just leave it there and set it to 12 Sheld. I've bought it around Eur480 shipping included from Japan and still waiting for it to be sent to me though so im must wait a little bit!

hmm.. customs now too? ;(

the only good thing i see about these ecus is that if doesnt work well for you, you can sell it and 99.9% you will get what you paid for!

hope to avoid customs but if not hope to pay a little for it :p lol yes exactly i can sell it when i want if it doesn't work well. But from what i heard and read from other users of this ecu i have a feeling that i will be happy with it especially for what i want :) fingers crossed now........

glad to hear you finally got one mate!!
you should set your fuel pressure to standard and let the ecu do its job, not sure what standard is mind you lol.
you'll be chuffed to bits with it mate, remember and post up your thoughts on it.

Just plug it in and off you go mate that's all I done saying that it was one of the first things I done. Just take it a short drive maybe a mile or 2 and let it get it's bearings then give her some

i'm not entirerly sure about the blitz, i know the jam is 8500 and i've taken mine to 8 before so its definetly higher.
I have heard it removes it completely but I cant confirm, maybe someone will know.

thnks guys, so to be clear on this: fuel cut and speed limit are removed?

More users of these ecus please post your input about them...........
