on a very phylosophical note, does it not amaze everybody what violence man is capable of against our fellow man? it honestly astounds me. we are all here to live together.
people haven't realised that we're all the same and that we shouldn't be split into race or country, we are all one!

interesting fact: hitler done what he done because of the aryan race and deamed all others to be scum of the earth. it was not just jews he slaughtered. as germany had a large population it was said he had hatred for just jew but he had hatred for anyone who wasnt a decedent of the aryan race. also hitler believed he was mentioned in the bible as the bringer of a new cleanse to the earth. his interpretation was to bring back the aryan race.
if anyone can tell me the name of the books that hitler confiscated on the aryan race before he came to power it would be greatly apreciated as i ahve been looking for more than two years cheers. as far as i know there was 7 books written by one man and only one copy. them books is the reasons why he done what he done.

Another interesting fact, it is widely believed that if it wasn't for the experiments conducted by the Nazi's on Jews to research hypothermia then many many more people would still be dying from it rather than recovering. Around 1000 Jews died during these experiments but more people have been saved since as a direct result of the Nazi's experiments. Causes a slight moral dilemma, no?

the germans are the best scientists in the world. thats why the war went to berlin, there was no need to go that far, but they wanted the scientists, for the atomic bomb research that was going on there.

you are giving an example of you living in the uk about name calling? what exactly do you want man, im 6ft5 i have been called the big show, lanky the works and i dealth with it. dont pull out the race card because your not the same as everyone else. im sure if i went to live when i was younger to say eg. iraq do you not think i would be called whitey or snow face or milkey bar? of course man im different and living in a different place why wouldnt i be. but i have learned at least one lesson in life it is to get over what other people think and get on with life. life is short and needs to be enjoyed to its fullest. there should be no discrimination but there is and people deal with it.
you say up above about not drinking ect where does all the hatred come from? it seems like its a good moto to live by but how does it turn from what you have to the extremests going about their daily business?

I've just come across this thread, and this title is pretty much over the news, well nigh on close. It is absolutely absurd and outrageous at the same time, and I am more shocked that there are people saying burn it on here - in the name of getting rid of the Quran. Well in fact that won't and never will happen, in the same way the Bible wouldn't just 'Vanish' by setting it alight. Such a thread will always fall into patriotic arguments, and one won't respec one's view - so the moral of this thread is jack all (respect to auther to condemn the burning). Most on here are either Atheist or partly Agnostic, both when they want to be, and don't respect religion regardless if one is devout or not.
My feedback is; burning any form of religion book must and should be condemned if one believes in 'live and let live' and all.
I am Muslim and the Quran is familiar to me. But if for one second there was 'burn the Bible day' I would strongly condemn that too!

Your one of friend may not care or bother. But it would be ignorant to call others by the word of any nature which is there to insult. I think there is a word almost for every creed/ethnicity etc. be it white or black.

if i was told there was a big bible burning down the road i would land down with my bible for the crack dressed as a pirate. i would sit back and have a good laugh at something so stupid and pointless. im sure the bible shop could order me in another fairly handy.
