cold transmission = difficult gear changes?

75w/85w-90 box oil

@Texx: i have a mate's GT that is running the 75w-90 box oil and has the same issue.. BUT, this goes away after a short period of warming the engine or running a few miles, just like mine. so i'm guessing i may not have to worry too much about it since it's been colder than normal of late and i figure that's the cause of this symptom..?
i'd think the oil just needs to warm up a little and become a little more viscous..?

Its to thick to start with thats why its hard to get gears when its cold, had this problem before myself going with 85 oil. Synthetic or Hypoid oil is slightly thinner as well so it all helps mate.
