Crack in alloy

When I had the wheels off my car, when putting them back on, I noticed a crack in the hub area of the alloy and a little bit of a bulge around that area.
Few pics:

Is this enough to effect the alloy? I have no idea how that defect would happen either, could it have been impacted by the previous owner?

Looks like it's a new set of rims time then, just glad I saw it and didn't leave it for ages!

No idea tbh mate, the ones that where on it when I bought the car

Don't think so, although if they have the finish was shit as the paint is chipped in a few places.

Poke that with a screwdriver, it looks like a bubble in the coating to me.
