Hi people i have been getting my starlet to how i want it over the last year ! i have sps manifold decat and full exhust system filter and hks actuator running .8 boost on a standard ct9. Really happy with the way its running on basic mods . but need to no is it worth getting emanage or greedy management on my set up ? will i get more power or will it just smooth things out ?

it will indeed be worth getting one if you can afford it, you will be able to up the boost (providing a couple of fuelling mods are in place) you will get more power and things will be alot smoother

if you can find a mapper that is any good!

In my opinion it's deffinately worth doing u can up the boost more and after a gd map the car changes completely and becomes a lot more fun to drive I'm sure tuning developments av got an offer on at the moment on emanage blue fitted and mapped check that out if ur interested

Find a mines self learning ecu. Got one other day and is really aggressive map. Hell of alot better than fpr and fcd route. Alot less hassle than getting one mapped.

or maybe u can tune with a safc and a fcd and do it yourself as long as u have a wideband installed... i think it is a cheaper way to get good results.

X2. I recently sold my JAM ecu (after 7 years of ownership) and the buyer is constantly telling me how much fun he is having with 16psi and 8500rpm limit. He's loving his car's response and balanced power delivery while I'm here waiting for the tuner to slot me in for a standalone....reminds me of why I went with a plug and play unit to begin with.

Go for a Jam, Blitz, Sard or that kind of ecu, you dont want to be travelling and paying for a remap every time you want to change set ups at the stage you are at.

They hold their money, you will get what you paid for it 2 years down the line if you want to go stand alone for a bigger set up.

i run a power fc on my daily drive glanza, been perfect. no issues with tricking the ecu into doing what i want. just set it up and its perfect :) done over 70k at 1bar and never missed a beat
