I ajusted it originally but then re set once I found the vacum leak.I will check that sensor later on to see if it does read on off. the butterfly valve closes properly but sounds like the car is being held at 2k by the pedal did try the idle screw again but made no difference

hmmm. sounds like it could be worth checking the tps and setting it up correctly. could be to do with the new throttle pulley, is that holding it open due to it not being adjusted on the cable properly?

The pulley doesn't appear to be holding it open was idling fine when I first started driving the car.fix on then another problem appears

i have a tuning developments throttle pulley, no problems from me???

when you say it was loose? how do you mean? the cable had some slack before it would move the pulley or the pulley itself was loose?

It's ment to shut all the way lol

Just had a look at the function checks. When the engine is off but ignition is on then the black dot is on the idle one then press the acellerator and it goes off but when you turn the car on it goes over to the FPC one and stays there?is there a sign of a problem?

you mean that when the car is running the indicator doesnt change? if so then sounds like either your throttle cable is too tight and its holding the throttle open when the engine is running, or the tps needs adjusting

If you remove the plug from the tps and link the bottom 2 connections of the plug with a bit of wire, that is the condition the ecu needs to see for idle control. The tps is closed when the throttle is closed so when you blip the throttle the tps opens, thats why the fc loses the light, but it should come back again if the tps is working correctly.

Is the O2 feedback switched on? If it is, try switching it off.
