Na it doesn't come with it and you dont really need it as I got it tuned and don't have worryabout it. Hand commander is for fine personal tuning which is not needed

i would use russel at das tek in dalgeti bay, i think he has changed name to performance hq or something tho, he mapped my starlet when i
went from td04 to td05 on a emu ecu, done a great job!
