Factory Recaro seats

Are factory Recaro seats interchangeable between passenger and driver side pls? i.e. railings are compatible with each other?

The rails are sided. The seats however can be bolted on either side.

what amount of work is required to remove the driver side seat?

Four bolts hold the subframe to the floor, six bolts hold the seat to the subframe.
