What sort of boost can i run through the turbo 1.6 1.7 bar? i want to see at least 300bhp

1.5 bar max mate 300bhp you need headwork to get that lad should be good for 270 280bhp good build though mate

should see 300bhp el man, at 1.5bar..
u got a stand alone so that help, also look at maybe a inlet manifold and larger throttle body, and you be well on your way to your goal..

to say 270 to 280 is a safe estimate...
my mate before broke hes was 265 at 1 bar on a td05, which he sold to me...

so the ma is also important for your drag racing competition as well..

I would say 340bhp is about as much they could do, wouldn't say anymore, they are well out of their efficiency range at the boost required to get 340bhp.

cheers mate, right ive done over 20miles now all is good, the cold starts abit funny now due to having no choke or bleed system like the standard throttle bodys have but once the heats int he engine shes fine will get it on the ramp soon sort a little water leak out other than that shes fine
