How do you get a turbo oil feed on a 5e?

Just wondering can you use a sandwich plate to get the turbo oil feed or must you use the 4e oil filter housing? I have the sandwich plate all ready so im just wondering what to use, thanks.

Just use the 4e housing the middle bolt works fine on its own

Easier just to use the 4EFTE housing mate. Saves a lot of messing about.

The angle of the 4EFE filter might generate clearance issues. Been a while since I saw the stock 4EFE position but it sits differently to the 4EFTE filter.

So if i had no clearance issues i could use my sandwich plate? Or does the 4efte oil filter housing have some sort of valve in it that the sandwich plate would not.

Nothing in the stock housing other than clear passageways. On a 4efte there are 3 bolts that secure the housing, they wont be there on the 5e engine, so you can either drill the holes into the block for the 3 studs or just use the big bolt that secures the central filter passageway.
