There is night drag racing on at Bishopscourt the 5th December, starts about 3 or 4pm. Both could be done on the 1 day if no other dates were suitable.

Could try for a visa if there is any interest?

could be a goer john, bit o fun round the penninsula then ferry full of starlets to the drag.

Struggling to get a day off for this now as my shiftmate is in Florida and half the other lads are going to the Dam the bastards.

There is only 1 lad who can do it so will beg, plead and bribe him into doing I think lol.

definatley going to try and go for this as its been ages since ive been to a meet, sounds like a good plan too, although i do need to find out when my tax runs out as my tax disc flew out onto the M2 its sometime in december tho lol

I'd be up for this too! Why not drive down one side of Strangford - get the ferry and up the other side back to Belfast. You would get some cracking photos at the dock and a ferry full of starlets!

There is drag racing on at Bishopscourt which is on the Downpatrick side so a few of us might want to do the Penninsula side first then travel from Portaferry to Strangford as its only 10 mins up the road from Strangford. The penninsula side has nicer roads for a cruise imo as well.

I'm racing the MR2, the starlets not ready. WeeJohn is prob racing and I'm sure Ted will want to test the new ECU setup. Barry, John and Rory from ECC are also racing.

Im getting car mapped monday week so should get out for a run or two!having a wee gearbox issue but hopefully it will be easy fixed!fingers crossed

haha nice one on the mittons lad. funny i was thinking the same thing today, ive been workin hard on the car, got a few new bits going on on sat. hopefully the snow will have gone by sunday.
