Went to the rollers today as part of the rr day that idrees organised at the racing line.

My spec is

CT9b with ported wastegate
Jam Manifold
Autobahn FMIC
Decat
HKS Hi Silent exhaust
Front mounted air filter
Blitz access ECU mapped for a K1
Gizzmo IBC

Running over 1.1 bar boost

Pics and results are as follows

Now apparently my injectors maxed out at 6.5k on one of the runs, this is shown on the last graph, not got a clue why this is happening, i know it shouldnt be so any thoughts on that would be helpful.

I know no one is going to believe that is accurate for a CT9, i myself dont believe it but on the day none of the other cars running were getting over the top results and the racing line is supposed to have a good reputation for being accurate so i dunno. Maybe my car has internal work i dont know about.

Also any clues as to how well it fueling would be nice too please.

Thanks

David

One chuffing result aint' it!

Mine made 219, just about what I expected really. Most of the other cars that went got about right results. The two Evos that went with me made loads of power though, the Yellow one made 354bhp and I had plenty of road testing with that on the way home and there was nothing in it, both cars were even. ;) He said it came from factory with 280, it has a HKS filter, exhaust and a FMIC.

Also the Grey Evo 8 came from factory with 320, he made 361 with a panel filter and a decat. His brothers Pulsar comes from factory with approx 220 and he made 294 with a few minor mods and an aftermarket ECU. Maybe it was the 4WD being different though.

The FWDs were fine. The results were as expected for mine, Craig's and my mates Red CRX.

Wouldnt say it was rich Sam, mabey right at the top end though.

Fueling looks fine to me though everywhere else.

Nice result though, as long as it goes well on the road, thats what matters.

AFR curve looks to be reasonably good save for the drop at the top end, nothing dangerous though. Great result for a little turbo :D

Thanks guys im really happy with it and how it performs on the road.

Has anyone got any ideas why my injectors maxed out though?

bigdoods its always run on Total Optimax 97 ron as its the only garage in reasonable distance to me that sells higher ron fuel.
