TRD Clutch which clutch bearing ?

Does anyone know if the TRD metal facing clutch uses the standard clutch release bearing or does it use a different one ?

Also whilst the box is off is it worth replacing ?

we put a trd clutch in my mates starlet and he gave me a standard release bearing and we just used that.

TRD pressure plate uses a standard bearing.
