Slight problem, ive had this missfire ever since i changed the head gasket and cylinder head for a port and polished one on my ep91, checked all the obv things like plugs leads dizzy timing. wondering if it could be ringlands or something? ne1 had anything similar? chris.

Just wondered if anyone knew what the official figures are on a ep91 4efte. seen lots of figures all different and dont know what to go with!! 0.17 - 0.23mm on intake or 0.06 - 0.08 and exhaust >> 0.27 - 0.33mm or 0,08 - 0.12?? im baffled:homer:

as above, misfires realy bad when cold but when needle reaches cold mark on water temp its ok and drives fine, ive replaced dizzy and leads and coolant temp sensor so now its time for compression check and leak off. what do ya think, nething else i could check? just replaced headgasket btw :)

rite well the story goes, me and a friend fitted a manifold and decat to his car along with a hks actuator, now when he puts his foot down itl reach 4-5k rpm with ease but then hesitates and looses power has anyone had this before? thanks in advance

As above, was looking to be fitting a turbo kit around the new year time and i have found a lovely crack on number 4 exhaust port which isnt causing any issues as of yet but i presume it will in the near future when i come to remove the exhaust. wondered wot people do to remedy this? is it a new...
