    cam cover breathers

    I will replace the PCV valve and see how I go. I've done a few checks and at tick over there is air coming out of the breather and under the oil cap. When revved this stops. I think this is correct, can anyone confirm?

    Low idle

    Solved. TPS sensor needed adjusting. Once the TPS was adjusted the ECU didn't show any faults. Ticks over at 750rpm when warm as the previous engine did. Thanks for all responses and Wee john for his tutorial on TPS. Now It's time to boost.

    ECU fault code 51

    Problem solved. It was the throttle positioning switch. Once I set the TPS correctly the ECU didn't show any faults.
