chris send me ur address in a u2u...u said u can time these...for that i will send u a set to see the outcome..

sam

Sam ofcourse i can as it seems an easy solution to relocate the pin to the right degrees from the time the datasheet of them exist. (even if not).It is just that people dont want to take the hassle.
Anyway i will sent you my adress but i d rather prefer to receive a proven faulty set like Rorys so he can have some of the money he spend back so he will not be that much disapointed.
The proplem with your cams is that people think that the cams are straight fit..put the timing marks on..and start it right away and have some fun.
Obviously it isnt due to the location pin throwing the timing out.
If they had some experience with dohc with both adjustabe cam gears they would reply in a different way i assume.

thats how they are sold "direct replacement cams".

i know that with most cams you need an adjustable cam pulley to time them up properly, but the way 4e engines are designed this is somewhat not quite so ideal.
