Where are ya tieing the cable ties to?..yeah its defo the exhaust guard and the bottom of the car, I seen it rubbing there when the car was up on the lift and I tried bending this, twisting that but it didnt work! :shoot:

if i tie the cable tie to the middle bushing passenger side ,it will pull the pipe away from the frame, hope that makes sense, there is the bolt on the frame of the car and one on the exhaust, were the bushing is placed,so if i tighten the cable tie here ,it should give me my clearence i need ,as it will stop the sag from the rubber bushing, and bring the pipe away from the frame

so you have a rubber in place of the poly hanger pictured and have a poly hanger on the middle section?

then you got the pictured hanger bent a bit and its spot on?

Im after one of these, my car isnt slammed but i am slightly worried as i hate rattles and bangs etc..

how low is your car then mate? my car was lowered 40mm when i put mine on and i just brought new exhuast rubbers from my local checkpoint and it was perfect, i would say if you are getting one then buy the rubbers might aswell since 4 new ones will cost about 10quid or somethin.

You can clearly see the problem in the first pic. The car is extremely low making the gap over the axle much smaller. Is there any travel in the rear suspension?

there is a little bit of play in it but not much ,the exhaust was actually hitting of the frame of the car, causing the vibration and banging noise ,but it is perfect now, just the odd bang when i hit a big bump ,but as you say Dave ,car is slammed to the deck ,so i know this is normal with rear axle hitting the exhaust as the suspension is so low,i'm delighted with it mate ,thanks once again ,very good peice of kit at a great price

Exhausts are always a problem when lowering them a lot and you can easily go too low.

Glad you're getting there with it, for the price you certainly won't beat the quality of these :)
