see this is what i hate ppl assume ppl who drive auto's cant drive.
Tell ya what i'll leave the auto at home and bring the other MANUAL 250bhp GT and we'll see who can drive the best?

on a serious note to all tho -- its not nice to have ppl come on and say "auto's are shit" fair enough if an auto isnt your thing (it wasnt mine til i drove it) but when you have put your time and money and thought into a car just like the rest of you have its not nice for ppl to dismiss it and not give it any "respect" as such coz of the gearbox.
i honestly think if you could drive it you find it fun. My friend with a 420bhp evo9 loved my car just coz its slightly different and fun.

seriously kelly i agree with you completely... i dont think they are shit, all i said i personally get too lazy, thus causing me to get bored, although i love them around town, they sure do have there perks... Also i have seen a few auto cars taken out on track and surprisingly did really well, must be difficult to get in gear when you want for the corner, defo a good challenge..........

cheers Dan, i know you didnt say there shit i was referring to other ppl who just state "what they are" and not that its their personal opinion. Especially when i bet most havent driven an auto
it was fun at pod, made me less nervous being first time and all , knowing i couldnt stall it lol!
true about the track comment though , thats why im not sure about taking it on track thing would rather use the other gt on track. but i wanna do some skid pan days etc etc first as ive never lost control of a car and i dont want the first time i do to be on a track if that makes sense?
saying that ben has been on few track days where there's been auto gts that have done very very well.

im not doubting there quick either and yes they are used for dragging but for the reasons weve already stated.

Bloody well embarrased a guy in a modified vy commodore ss tonight don't worry I wasn't racing him lol was tailgating me I put my foot down and left him behind he put his foot down he couldn't catch up got to 80 km/h legal limit from a 50 km/h zone came up to some traffic lights and he looked all angry lol hahaha
Good accleration, easy to drive in Auckland traffic lol and also fun and i'm lazy lol jokes
